CORE RESET is your nervous system-informed return to strength. It's a postnatal rebuilding program that restores and strengthens your core, pelvic floor, and then rebuilds full-body strength with transparency and intention. Whether you're weeks or many months postpartum, this program adapts to your needs and your goals. Through breathwork, progressive overload training, corrective exercise, and nervous system regulation, you'll rebuild deep core stability, restore pelvic floor integrity, and reintegrate your strength system for long-term resilience.
This program is done in person at Black Hills Barbell (you get a discount there through me since a membership there is required) or 100% online. There are three packages to choose from.
PREMIUM includes:
-A fully customized program
-2 weekly check-ins (Tuesdays & Fridays) with video note review and written adjustments
-Unlimited ongoing messaging support
-Customized macros
