POWER CORE is your glute-forward blueprint for primal strength and sustainable dominance. This lower-body training system builds powerful glutes, hips, quads, and calves for more than aesthetics; we train for biomechanical precision, hormone balance, strength, and power.

Whether you’re training in person (at your home, Black Hills Barbell, or your gym) or remotely from anywhere, POWER CORE works with THE SOURCE to give you added strategy, structure, and nervous system-informed support to build your strongest base ever.

This program builds on the primal advantage passed down by our bipedal ancestors. Our glutes evolved to help us sprint, climb, lift, and lead; the legs remain the largest, strongest, most power-dense muscle group in the human body. Those with stronger glutes tended to survive over their counterparts as well as gather more resources. Stronger glutes meant better means of providing for themselves and their communities, thus increasing the probability of everyone’s survival. Leaders and providers had strong glutes, and some of them sat on thrones of power.

Using the Ascend Cortex Method, you’ll retrain patterns of weakness into sustainable strength, endurance, precision, and control.
