This program builds on the primal advantage passed down by our bipedal ancestors. Our glutes evolved to help us sprint, climb, lift, and lead; the legs remain the largest, strongest, most power-dense muscle group in the human body. Those with stronger glutes tended to survive over their counterparts as well as gather more resources.
