What is AscendVie?

I’m Jessica, a personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, and nutrition coach. I designed AscendVie as a strength and conditioning system that combines progressive overload, calisthenics/resistance training, yoga, corrective exercise, and personalized nutrition coaching to help clients create sustainable, healthy habits. It's designed to help you move more efficiently, get stronger, and feel better, for good.

Whether you're a beginner, recovering from an injury, or ready to hit new heights, AscendVie will meet you there and help you ascend through intentional movement and nutrition.

It isn't a "fitness brand." It's a system that transforms how we connect to our bodies through improved brain-body communication using neuropsychological principles.

At AscendVie, I believe in evidence-based coaching that is compassionate, empowering, and tailored to each client’s unique lifestyle.

Using my signature Ascend Cortex Method, clients have reported real and measurable improvements in:

What is the Ascend Cortex Method?

The Ascend Cortex Method is the brain behind AscendVie. I designed a neuropsychologically informed training system to rewire movement patterns, improve the mind-muscle connection, build mental toughness, and reinforce mental focus. This leads to transformative results backed by real client outcomes.

This neuroscience-based coaching method fuses strength training, yoga, calisthenics, mobility, and corrective exercise. It’s where intention meets action, and that’s where the real change begins.

This isn't a temporary fix.
It's a long-term upgrade to how you move, feel, and function day to day.

There are in-person and online coaching programs available, allowing you to choose the option that best suits your lifestyle, needs, and goals. In-person training is held at Black Hills Barbell in Rapid City, South Dakota.
